About Job Profile

Project Management/Coordination

A Program Manager is a professional who coordinates projects across an organization. They ensure everything runs smoothly and follows program goals while maintaining a high level of detail for each project they oversee throughout their workday.

Primary Responsibilities include

  • Handle team (Applicants without minimum 4 years of experience of direct team handling are requested not to apply).
  • Grassroot implementation of CSR projects across multiple thematic areas.
  • Ensure quantitative & qualitative attainment as per defined LFAs.
  • Independent client interaction at senior management level.
  • Independent interaction with senior government officials.
  • Design process framework for projects including identification of KPIs and methodology to track them.
  • Develop case studies and testimonials to help amplify the impact of the projects on various social media handles.
  • Organise various activities such as forming steering groups, organising campaign days, conferences and workshops.
  • Strong documentation and reporting as per the need of the programs.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • Strong experience in team management and managing grass root CSR projects.
  • Personal qualities of integrity, credibility, and a commitment to and passion for Synergie's mission.
  • Excellent communication skills, both oral and written in English,
  • Excellent Power-point skills.
  • Ability to take senior level client & government meetings.
  • Ability to manage complex and varied work load.
  • Open to travel and strong field presence.
