The Office of Edyth Bush Institute (EBI) for Philanthropy & Nonprofit Leadership is seeking a passionate and creative Program Manager to join our team.

This position is responsible for the development, execution, evaluation, and re-imagining of a designated portfolio of EBI educational experiences. The Program Manager reports to the Director of Educational Experiences.
 

Primary Responsibilities include

- Develop, implement, and evaluate EBI educational experiences in alignment with portfolio goals, expectations, and pre-determined learning outcomes.
- Plan and manage all experience-specific logistics including but not limited to:

  • Instructor/Consultant/Facilitator identification selection and contracting.
  • Client MOUs and/or participant registration details are finalized in a timely manner.
  • Facility/catering is secured as appropriate.

- Collaborate with other EBI staff to promote and cross-promote portfolio offerings.
- Represent the Edyth Bush Institute at external and internal events/meetings in a positive and professional manner.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

 

  • Experience in teaching and/or training.
  • Experience in curriculum development.
  • Experience with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and graphic development.
  • Knowledge of marketing and branding principles.

 

Other Information:

Work Environment:

  • Campus-based, front-facing customer service position, and working in an office environment.
  • Regular use of a computer and databases.
  • Travel and participate in various work-related events (throughout the state).
  • Flexible scheduling, including evenings and weekends, may be required on an "as needed" basis.
