• Contribute towards and implement strategic plans, goals & reporting for the assigned projects particularly for Project Butterflies for scholarship support and vocational training programs Project Naari Shakti.
• Conduct needs assessments to identify target beneficiaries and come up with analytical reports
• Keep up with the market scenario and its execution at various program levels, which should be timely discussed and reflected in reports. Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure program alignment with relevant educational and vocational standards.
• Presenting about program at inter and intra platforms wherever needed  

Program implementation and monitoring

• Ensure the implementation of assigned programs as planned ensuring adherence to established guidelines and timelines.
• Monitor program activities closely to ensure quality and effectiveness.
• Regularly assess and record beneficiaries progress for reflecting project outcomes and impact
• Sharing weekly updates with reporting lead and seeking guidance for all program associated queries

Resource management:

• Manage program budgets, ensuring efficient utilization of funds and adherence to financial policies.
• Exploring and secure funding opportunities through liasoning and networking with potential individuals and corporates for support
• Collaborate with the procurement team to ensure timely acquisition of necessary educational resources and vocational training equipment wherever required.
• Manage program resources, including finance, facilities, and technology to support effective program delivery.

Stakeholder engagement

• Establish and maintain relationships with all primary and secondary stakeholders 
• Engage and communicate regularly with program participants, their families and local community to validate the project impact.
• Coordinate with volunteers, trainers and staff to ensure effective teamwork and coordination in program implementation.
• Advocate for the importance of education and vocational training for underprivileged individuals by participating in relevant forums, conferences and meetings.

Program evaluation and reporting

• Conduct regular program evaluations to assess program effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
• Prepare comprehensive reports on Program activities, outcomes, challenges and recommendations for management, funders and stakeholders. 
• Organizing and execution of program associated events
• Ensure compliance with reporting requirements set by reporting manager
• Utilize the findings, observations and feedback to refine program strategies, modify curriculum and enhance training methodologies.

• Deepalaya is looking for a highly motivated, strategic, and quality-conscious professional who has a Postgraduate degree from a reputed institute in the field of MSW, MA Sociology, MBA, other relevant stream. The candidate should have an experience of working of 7 to 9 years proven experience of social work and 5-6 years’ experience as a Program Manager/Program Lead/Project Lead.
• Should have good communications skills along with excellent documentation skills
• Strong analytical skills along with willingness to take up diverse projects assigned by the supervisor.
