About Job Profile

Project Management/Coordination

The Art PL will be responsible for developing program on aesthetic literacy and having the ability for creative expression in visual terms, using skills and techniques of artistic expression consistent with state guidelines; to develop aesthetic understandings and appreciations; to discover and develop intervention in the field of performing art.

Primary Responsibilities include

 

  • Understanding of 21st cc skills and its demonstration through various activities.
  • Designing evaluation of student’s performance and growth in knowledge and aesthetic understandings.
  • Preparing booklet, instructional materials, tools, instructional aids around art education.
  • Provide instruction by which teachers develop aesthetic concepts and appreciations and the ability to make qualitative judgments about art.
  • Knows and can apply elements of design and modern principles of art ? Knows the fundamentals and different approaches to drawing media technique

 

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

 

  • Master’s in Education will be an added advantage
  • Practical experience with MS Office, Google Classroom, and other software.
  • Dedication, patience, and the ability to remain calm in tense situations.
  • The ability to answer sensitive questions and create an environment where everyone’s opinions are respected.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • 2 years+ experience in Development/Education/ Corporate Sector.
  • 2 years or more experience in content, curriculum development for Students/Teachers.
