Content Development for Personal Leadership Program

• Conduct needs analysis to design learning objectives and outcomes
• Conduct secondary research, consult state team members to understand the learning solutions according to need of the target audience
• Develop engaging and interactive e-learning content for leadership capacity development
• Develop exercises, activities, case study, and assessments for e-learning content and workshops to enhance learning experience 
• Create additional learning material/ media/ job aids to support self-learning of audience
• Design for professional learning communities, virtual training workshops for target audience
• Understand Learning Management System to develop platform compliant e-learning content
• Apply Adult Learning Principles, Instructional Design models to develop engaging and effective e-learning content

Manage Change Management to ensure adoption of Programs

• Identify project timelines from state teams and prepare a project roadmap
• Understand data and share insights w.r.t. revision of content if required
• Identify project timelines from state teams and prepare a project roadmap and Track, assess and analyse the progress of initiatives/projects/ businesses
• Identify the critical constraints, cull insights for the existing Programs
• Synthesize updates from states and prepare reports / update for Program Manager
• Ensure adoption of tools and formats to ensure excellence, drive initiatives and shared meaning across the respective district/s

Support in overall BL requirements

• Organize and facilitate workshops to train the trainers
• Organize and facilitate capacity development workshop for internal team
• Support state teams and tech team to upload content on various platforms

Communication & Documentation

• Documentation and communication of program achievements / outcomes, through concept notes, presentations, reports, etc.
• Preparing and managing documentation related to program implementation, e.g. approvals, letters, etc.
• Documentation of on-ground learnings and knowledge received from external partners to support the team's internal capacity and knowledge building

• Excellent oral and written communication skills (Proficiency in Hindi & English is a must).
• Excellent Microsoft Office competency (Word, Excel, PPT etc)
• Writing. Translation, Proof reading Skills
• Facilitation & presentation skills
• Collaboration with multiple internal/external stakeholders (individual and teams)
• Experience working in dynamic work environments with substantive dose of ambiguity
• Basic level quantitative and qualitative analytical skills
• Ability to manage difficult partners and stakeholders and balance between relationship and project
