About Job Profile

Project Management/Coordination

The Programme Executive will also have responsibility for the management of specific projects, working closely with the relevant advisors. Other responsibilities will include event management and communications as well as providing PA support to the Head of Co-operation and Deputy Head of Co-operation.

Primary Responsibilities include

 

  • Assist in the development and execution of program strategies and initiatives to support social entrepreneurs.
  • Coordinate program activities, including workshops, boot camps, and networking events, ensuring smooth execution and participant engagement.
  • Monitor program progress and provide regular updates to the Program Manager.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

 

  • Previous experience in program management, preferably in the field of social entrepreneurship or incubation.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and build relationships with diverse stakeholders. Excellent organizational and time management abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and project management tools.
  • Knowledge of social impact measurement and evaluation frameworks is desirable.
