- Effective planning, managing, executing and reporting skills to strengthen the programme implementation in the States as well as National level.
- Monitoring human rights violations against Dalit women and minor girls including organising fact finding missions and undertaking follow up interventions.
- Undertake field visits and support the State Coordinators and other team members Coordinators in planning and organizing and finalizing the programs.
- Assist the team in program reporting, research developing communication tools, annual reports, advocacy notes, status reports, press release etc
- Support the team in designing, organizing, and executing trainings, workshops, consultations and conferences.
- Track project progress, ensure project deliverables, activities, and communicate to the General Secretary and team.

- Effective coordination and strong interpersonal skills, with demonstrated ability to develop and maintain collaborative relationships with internal and external team members and stakeholders.
- Language proficiency in English and Hindi is required- to be able develop project documents.
- Good analytical skills and computer skills including proficiency in MS Office and Internet.
- Willingness to travel in order to ensure project related deliverables.
- Graduate/Post-Graduate from a recognized University in Human Rights, Law, Social Work, or a relevant field of study.

Women candidates with the perspective of Dalit Human Rights and Dalit Women issues. Preference would be given to members from Dalit Community or those committed to Dalit cause and Ambedkar Ideology. The candidate with aptitude to work with the team and implement programs efficiently in the given timeframe.
