About Job Profile

Research and Field Work

PATH is looking for a highly motivated, self-starter, and a development sector enthusiast to be a part of the Strategy team to be deputed to Family Planning Supply Chain Strengthening initiative.

The officer will operate in a dynamic and evolving environment to contribute to a growing portfolio of impactful work in public health.

Key responsibilities will be to provide support on activities including, but not limited to creating decks, research, donor pitch documents, and program strategy documents for PATH.
 

Primary Responsibilities include

 

  • Synthesize information and data and communicate key insights in conversation and documentation.
  • Prepare high quality data analytics reports/presentations though utilizing the project data through data visualization (through development of charts, graphs, infographics, data dashboards, and other information design and visual content)
  • Work with the country director to distill concepts, research, and data, and effectively communicate them through visual design to make a meaningful impact.
  • Understand the story within data, and develop clear, accurate, and engaging presentations and documents that organize data, research, concepts etc.
  • Translate ambiguous concepts, complicated problems, and complex data, into clear and compelling visualizations to reveal insights and facilitate decision-making.
  • Participate in project strategy discussions, and facilitate sessions with teams to translate data into stories and visualizations to meet project requirements.
  • Support field-based staff in data analysis, including taking creative approaches to providing training support in low-bandwidth environments.

 

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

 

  • Demonstrate research capabilities for new geographies.
  • Strong design eye and demonstrated experience in understanding and interpreting complex ideas and/ or data into visual information.
  • Excellent skills in using data analysis and visualization software’s along with Microsoft Excel.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills, and ability to work independently and manage a wide range of activities daily with limited supervision.
  • Experience of working with reputed consulting firms will be a positive.
  • Knowledge of the region AMEE (Asia Middle East and Europe), not mandatory
