About Job Profile

Project Management/Coordination

C3 invites applications for the position of Program Associate, based at Bhubaneswar, Odisha to manage documentation, capacity building activities, monitoring and information management of the projects in the state.

Primary Responsibilities include

 

  • Prepare good quality project reports and documents of different projects in close co-ordination with other team members and other relevant stakeholders.
  • Develop high quality monthly, quarterly and annual progress report; document best practices and lessons learnt and other project related documents.
  • Support and document the progress of performance indicators committed under the projects and line listing of the projects reach.
  • Provide oversight to various program capacity building activities. This would include facilitating the adaptation and translation of training resource materials and IEC collaterals
  • Support state team in conducting various ToTs, organizing workshops and dissemination meetings.
  • Develop assessment tools/checklists to assess quality of various activities including capacity building training programs under projects.
  • Conduct capacity need assessments for various types of the training programs to identify gaps and suggest need based training contents.
  • Ensure proper documentation and reporting of all capacity building events in coordination with team members.
  • Facilitate post training impact assessment to inform results focussed decision making and mid-course corrective measures.
  • Assist team in preparation of policy briefs, advocacy notes and lessons learnt documents.
  • Establish and support the implementation of a data management system to inform planning, implementation, monitoring and evaluation.
  • Undertake regular visits to field locations to support monitoring, evaluation, impact assessment processes and accountability processes.
  • Collect high quality, accurate and timely data of programme activities and utilize project management cycle to reflect and analyse results and feedback.
  • Facilitate and lead various projects monitoring and evaluation, research/studies in coordination other team members based at state and national level.
  • Preparation of appropriate case studies for submission to donors, partners, State/ Country team.

 

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

 

  • Detailed knowledge of M&E frameworks and plans, systems and indicator reference sheets.
  • Experience maintaining programmatic databases.
  • Good understanding of routine data quality checks/validation.
  • Advance knowledge Microsoft Office Suite, especially MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
