We are looking for a deeply passionate individual to play a pivotal role in shaping the futures of millions of ultra-poor households across India. As a Product Ops and Quality Associate with our Graduation Approach program, you will be at the intersection of product innovation and on-ground impact that aims to end poverty for communities most in need.

This role requires balancing creativity with humility, designing solutions while being firmly grounded in the harsh realities facing the poorest households in rural India. We are looking for someone who feels purpose and pride in enabling the women breadwinners across villages in India to build sustainable livelihoods and come out of the generational cycles of poverty that have trapped families for too long. Someone who believes in a poverty-free India within our lifetime.

You will work closely with diverse teams spanning product managers, field coordinators, and operations leads to align innovation priorities with what will drive the highest outcomes for beneficiaries on the ground. You will have the opportunity to shape program roadmaps that can transform lives at scale.
