- P&L Management

- Build a strong team of Data Engineers and Architects for handling the Data Architecture to handle Analytics and Reporting requirements for large Enterprise Customer.

- Manage and Lead the Due Diligence to understand the various sources of data the Enterprise is Using.

- Build Data warehouse / data lake, sourcing data from multiple Databases, including SQL, and other ad hoc modes of data which could be in Private or Public Cloud.

- Lead Data architects, Data engineers and Platform based BI developers to architect and deliver the solutions that fulfill the Business information needs.

- Collaborate with Business and Clients to understand requirements, and get the team aligned to delivering suitable solution.

- Proactively evaluate, capture, and translate complex business questions into a structured analytical and data plan and workable projects and line items.

- Work and collaborate with Sales and Pre Sales teams to Propose Solutions for prospective customers.

- Collaborate with Leads and Managers of other Service Lines in building a unified solution.

- Develop Reusable Solutions

- Author Thought Leadership Papers and Case Studies

- Experience in building Data lake and Data Warehouse from multiple sources of data of large Enterprise Customers.

- Good Understanding and hands on experience of one or more of ETL Tools such as Informatica / SSIS / Talend etc.

- Deep Expertise in using both Relational (SQL) Databases and NoSQL Databases (such as MongoDB / Hadoop etc.).

- Good Understanding and hands on experience of platform based BI tools such as Tableau / Power BI etc.

- Experience in working with Vendors providing ETL and Business Intelligence Tools.

- Understanding of Data Science Toolkits such as R / Python

- Excellent inter personal and people management skills, with an ability to lead the team from the front; should have handled team of 30+ people skilled in Analytics.

- Excellent Communications skills, both verbal and written.

- Excellent Customer and Stakeholder Management skills.

- Managed projects following both Waterfall and Agile methodologies.

- Strong Analytical and Quantitative Skills
