Ensure completion of monthly / quarterly / yearly activities accurately and on time, facilitating compliance with all reporting deadlines and control policies.

Assist in resolving complex or sensitive requests from senior management.

Interaction with global teams to ensure effective delivery of reports, work products, support to regions and response to queries.

Participate in the fiscal close in accordance with the defined close calendar.

Work with supervisor to define KPIs & service-level agreements (SLAs) and establish realistic targets.

Monitor process and operational KPIs to ensure effective delivery against targets and benchmarks.

Drive control procedures and practices to ensure no control deficiencies in the delivery function.

Identify, support, and lead improvement initiatives to drive operational efficiencies and improved controls.

Manage required and appropriate reporting to facilitate informed decision making (e.g. variance analysis Vs KPIs)

Create timelines and maintain documentation to push operational projects forward.

Timely data gathering, communication and reporting of key project issues.

Participate and lead Project Reviews with Partner, Project Manager and Leadership.

Review project Work in Process (WIP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) and support project teams with cash recovery.

Ability to recognize which areas of project development need to be re-addressed to maintain efficiency and cost control.

Ability to read and understand client / subcontractor contracts and identify relevant information.
