About Job Profile

Project Management/Coordination

This is a full-time on-site role for a Placement Coordinator based in Delhi.

The Placement Coordinator will be responsible for day-to-day tasks, including communicating with students, coordinating with potential employers, and providing customer service.

 

Primary Responsibilities include

 

  • The Placement Coordinator will also be responsible for recruiting eligible students and coordinating with the education team for student training and development.
  • The placement coordinator will be responsible for ensuring students continue to work with the organization for at least next 6 months. 
     

 

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

 

  • Interpersonal Skills, Communication, and Customer Service skills
  • Experience in placement for CSR projects for at least 2 years
  • Experience in Education and Recruiting
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with different stakeholders
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and data management tools
  • Fluency in English and Hindi
  • Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Social Work, or related field
  • Experience in working with NGOs or in the development sector is a plus

NIIT Foundation (NF) is a not-for-profit education society set up by the promoters of NIIT in 2004. It's mission is to positively impact the underprivileged of the country through educational initiatives and employability skill development programs.
