Partnership Development & Management:

• Identify and establish strategic partnerships with corporations, educational institutions, vocational training centres, government agencies, and community organisations.
• Actively engage in networking activities to build and maintain relationships with potential partners.
• Collaborate with partners to develop joint initiatives and programs that enhance the employability of special needs young adults.
• Serve as the main point of contact for partner organisations, nurturing relationships and ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
• Monitor and evaluate partnership activities and initiatives, tracking progress towards goals and objectives.
• Provide support and guidance to partners in implementing curriculum and programs, including training and capacity building.

Curriculum Development:

• Work closely with the program team to develop and enhance the curriculum for special needs young adults, focusing on relevant job skills and vocational training.
• Conduct research to identify industry trends and demands to align curriculum with current employment opportunities.
• Continuously evaluate and improve the curriculum based on feedback and the evolving needs of the target population.
   

• Proven experience in partnership management, business development, or related roles.
• Demonstrated ability to cultivate and maintain successful partnerships with diverse stakeholders.
• Knowledge and understanding of curriculum development principles and best practices.
• Proficiency in project management, including planning, implementation, and evaluation.
• Strong analytical skills to assess program impact and identify areas for improvement.
• Proficient in using productivity tools like Microsoft Office Suite and project management software.
