Support and office management

The Operation Executive will be responsible for managing various operational tasks to support the efficient functioning of our organization. This role is crucial in ensuring that our programs and initiatives run smoothly, and it requires a detail-oriented, organized, and proactive individual who can handle multiple responsibilities.

Primary Responsibilities include

 

  • Manage Instagram DM: Monitor and respond to direct messages on our Instagram account, ensuring timely and appropriate responses to inquiries, comments, and messages.
  • Create QR Forms: Develop QR codes and corresponding forms to streamline data collection and engagement with our target audience.
  • Allotment of Volunteers: Coordinate and allocate volunteers for various projects and initiatives.
  • Generate Google Photo Links: Create and maintain organised Google Photo links for our events, campaigns, and promotional materials.
  • Camps Management: Oversee the planning and execution of camps, including logistics, participant registration, and on-site coordination.
  • Database Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of program participants, volunteers, and partners.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, including Field Team, communications, and finance, to ensure seamless operation and execution of initiatives.
