About Job Profile

Support and office management

Office Executives function as the face of the office. Depending on one's industry of employment, this can involve interacting with patients, customers, clients, vendors or job candidates.

They also serve as the liaison between office employees and upper management.

Primary Responsibilities include

 

  • Office Procedure – File maintenance, meeting schedules, managing appointments, routine correspondence, drafting & noting.
  • Coordination & Liaising with other departments and ministries
  • Facilitating support for conduct of meetings, workshop, consultation, etc.
  • Diary management and management of meeting rooms.
  • Handling queries and complaints via phone, email and general correspondence.
  • Performing ad-hoc administration duties.
  • Receiving and dispatching deliveries and maintaining proper records.
  • Ensuring timely relay of messages to staff members through calls, email, general correspondence, etc.
  • Any other work as assigned by the Officer Incharge.

 

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

 

  • Proficiency in MS Office is desirable.
  • Excellent administrative, organizational and planning skills with attention to detail.
  • Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Good writing and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability for draft notes / Official Letters in English & Hindi under supervision but handling routine correspondence independently.
  • To be able to meet stringent guidelines at short notices and operate in an evolving environment.

Established in 2007, the National Health Systems Resource Centre, a premier Think Tank for MoHFW, is mandated to assist in policy and strategy development in the provision and mobilization of technical assistance to the states and in capacity building for the Ministry of Health.

National Health Systems Resource Centre (NHSRC) has been set up under the National Rural Health Mission (NRHM) of Government of India to serve as an apex body for technical assistance.

Established in 2006, the National Health Systems Resource Centre's mandate is to assist in policy and strategy development in the provision and mobilization of technical assistance to the states and in capacity building for the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare (MoHFW) at the centre and in the states.The goal of this institution is to improve health outcomes by facilitating governance reform, health systems innovations and improved information sharing among all stake holders at the national, state, district and sub-district levels through specific capacity development and convergence models.

It has a 23 member Governing Body, chaired by the Secretary, MoHFW, Government of India with the Mission Director, NRHM as the Vice Chairperson of the GB and the Chairperson of its Executive Committee. Of the 23 members, 14 are ex-officio senior health administrators, including four from the states. Nine are public health experts, from academics and Management Experts. The Executive Director, NHSRC is the Member Secretary of both the Governing body and the Executive Committee. NHSRC's annual governing board meet sanctions its work agenda and its budget.

The NHSRC currently consists of seven divisions – Community Processes, Healthcare Financing, Healthcare Technology, Human Resources for Health, Public Health Administration, Knowledge Management Division, Quality Improvement in Healthcare
