About Job Profile

IT/MIS and Technology

The role involves editing and producing professional-quality video content for e-learning platforms, integrating multimedia elements, creating digital assets, meeting project deadlines, collaborating with team members, coordinating with subject matter experts, and providing video editing training when required.

Primary Responsibilities include

  • Editing the raw video footage and developing it into professional-quality video films for MOOC courses/e-learning / YouTube channels as per the requirements of the institution.
  • Integration of presentations, voice-over, background music, animation, green mat/screen keying in After Effects/chroma effect, and sub-titling in English and in all Indian languages as required.
  • Preparation of digital content – banners, posters, infographics, electronic brochures, icons, and logos for different purposes,
  • Working with strict project timelines, as per the requirements of the project, and able to work as a team members in creative groups/project personnel.
  • Should coordinate with other technicians, subject matter specialists, resource persons, and MOOC team in preparing digital /video content.
  • Should be able to train people in video editing techniques
  • Any other duties assigned by the authorities.

 

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • Should have working experience with any professional video editing Software like Adobe Premiere Pro CC, Final Cut Pro, etc.
  • Working experience using software like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Adobe After Effects, Flash, 2D / 3D animation tools
  • Sound knowledge in concept visualization and motion graphics is preferred.
  • Good practical knowledge of social media platforms and techniques to disseminate information on different platforms
  • Working experience in the creation of logos, designs, cover pages, banners, and signature tunes.
  • Good communication and language proficiency in English and Hindi.

MANAGE was established in 1987, as the National Centre for Management of Agricultural Extension at Hyderabad, by the Ministry of Agriculture & Farmers Welfare, Government of India as an autonomous Institute, from which its acronym ‘MANAGE’ is derived. In recognition of its importance and expansion of activities all over the country, its status was elevated to that of a National Institute in 1992 and re-christened to its present name i.e., National Institute of Agricultural Extension Management.

MANAGE is the Indian response to challenges of agricultural extension in a rapidly growing and diverse agriculture sector.
