About Job Profile

Support and office management

Implementing monitoring systems and designing monitoring tools. Developing data collection tools. Monitoring project activities, outputs and progress towards anticipated results. Working with data platforms, databases and select technologies to capture and organize data.

Primary Responsibilities include

 

  • Lead solutioning and delivery of projects and programs of nonprofits.
  • Provide solutions for fund management of corporate donors.
  • Monitor the delivery, expenses and impact of the projects of nonprofits.
  • Create impact reports for corporate partners/individual donors.
  • Take hard timelines on deliverables and commit to them.
  • Manage midsize teams and hire resources, if required.

 

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

 

  • Prior experience in e-commerce domain is a plus
  • Strong communication skills, an eye for detail and a flair for creativity
  • Proven experience of working in cross-functional projects
  • Ability to think and react in a high-energy, fast-paced environment
  • Good organizational skills including prioritizing, scheduling, time management, and meeting deadlines
