Monitoring & Evaluation Documentation:

• Utilize the established Performance Monitoring Matrix to monitor work in progress and align activities with committed performance plans.
• Engage with the supervisor to ensure monthly updates to the donor, presenting progress and performance outcomes.
• Document discussions with each Outreach Officers, noting achievements, challenges, and action points for improvement.
• Interpret progress based on documented data and observations, providing valuable insights for project enhancement.

Process Documentation:

• Ensure thorough process documentation of all engagements, including workshops, seminars, and information sessions conducted.
• Record participant details, feedback received, and outcomes achieved to maintain a comprehensive record of activities.

Development of Outreach Materials:

• Create and develop outreach information, education, and communication materials tailored to project outputs, ensuring relevance and effectiveness. 

• Monitoring evaluation background is not a requirement.
• Proven ability to efficiently document in English using Microsoft applications.
• Comfort to engage with stakeholders.
