About Job Profile

Monitoring, Evaluation and Assessment

Implementing monitoring systems and designing monitoring tools. Developing data collection tools. Monitoring project activities, outputs and progress towards anticipated results. Working with data platforms, databases and select technologies to capture and organize data.
 

Primary Responsibilities include

 

  • Develop impact measurement strategy in collaboration with the leadership team
  • Proactively contribute to evidence-building in programs and interventions through data support
  • Work closely with the research and design team to create a robust Monitoring & Evaluation (M&E) framework
  • Plan and execute data collection activities in coordination with field teams or partner organizations
  • Design M&E templates and resources for dissemination with solution packages
  • Partner with organizations for impact analyses, data collection, and research initiatives
  • Consolidate and analyze collected data to report insights about program effectiveness
  • Present reports and insights as needed
  • Document processes and create reports as required
  • Assist in developing organizational/program-specific data dashboards
  • Collaborate with program teams and external partners for research initiatives
  • Build the capacity of the team in research and design of evidence-informed solutions
     

 

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

 

  • Systemic thinking
  • Problem-solving skills
  • Strong research abilities
  • Adaptability and willingness to learn in challenging situations
  • Effective planning and time-task management
  • Experience with Python/R, Stata, SQL
  • Prior experience in monitoring and evaluation of large-scale interventions
  • Minimum commitment of 2 years
