About Job Profile

IT/MIS and Technology

To conceptualize and design MIS system for various programs in the organization to respond to the requirements of project stakeholders and implementing agencies.

Primary Responsibilities include

 

  •  
  • To coordinate regularly with project team to collect the farmers’ data for maintaining and updating the data bank of the project.
  • To update the MIS database on a regular basis and coordinate with the FPOs.
  • To compile the data collection to prepare the final report for baseline and other related studies as necessary for the project/ FPOs.
  • To liaise with Project staff at different level to obtain the most up to date information, quality data and ensure data consistency in multiple systems, ensure data review and validation and continually update integrations as required.
  • To monitor the daily activities of the FPO managers and take a follow-up of progress. 
  • To develop the data collection tools and compiled reports for monitoring of the program.
  • Develop data quality control system for program monitoring and hold it in routine data collection system.
  • To maintain photo and video documentation related to the project.
  • Submission of final compiled report to the supervisor on weekly basis.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

 

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, problem solving skills, and attention to detail
  • Ability to prioritize and multi-task.
  • Expertise in MS –office (advanced excel is must) 
  • Managing database and other documentation.
