Advise the people who pass through the reception center and the identification of the Federal Police and the screening center on the rights and obligations of migrants and asylum seekers in Brazil, with a service in Spanish and Portuguese;

•  Monitor and participate in internal (UNFPA) and external meetings (with partners), when designated;
•  Collaborate in the mobilization of meetings, activities, projects and interinstitutional initiatives;
•  Record meetings, activities, projects and interagency initiatives through minutes and reports;
•  Collaborate in the organization of meetings and events (scheduling and confirmation of participation, preparation of material, identification of logistics needs, preparation and management of attendance lists, presentation files, etc.);

• Excellent written and spoken communication English.
• Proper documentation and helping the entire team to manage the documentation procedure
• Capture the pre and post situation of the impacts.
• Have exposure in small business will be an extra advantage.
• Lead generates for business (Mainly- Livestock and Green vegetables)
• Excellent management skills.
• Social media skills.
• Good knowledge of excel and data entry.
