Communications Strategy

• Develop a comprehensive communication strategy and corresponding implementation plan that delivers the Dost Education mission, objectives, and key messages to internal and external constituencies.
• Develop and implement a national and global communications strategy to create awareness and excitement about Dost Education and its initiatives.
• Develop and own the strategy for visual design, messaging, and stakeholder analysis.
• Create content and distribute via a wide range of electronic and print channels.
• Organizationally promote and build relationships with Dost Education stakeholders.
• Lead and guide the team to execute the end-to-end implementation of the initiatives.
• Strategic leadership and oversight of Dost-led engagement events.

Collateral and Asset Creation

• Provide marketing communications support for staff and teams to help them achieve their programmatic goals.
• Create and manage logos, brand guidelines, and organizational messaging; ensure consistency across the organization.
• Create flyers, posters, infographics, event materials, fundraising materials, media releases, branded merchandise, and newsletters.
• Develop content that engages stakeholders and leads to measurable action, including program and promotional materials, stories and profiles, public announcements, fundraising appeals, photos, videos, and other content.

Website and Social Media

• Direct and implement ongoing content creation, user analysis, site maintenance, and domain monitoring.
• Manage social media strategy: create and post a wide variety of engaging content on different platforms.
• Media Relations: manage reporter relationships, strategic story pitches, and analysis.

• High-quality marketing and communications asset, collateral, branding, and campaign creation.
• Strong relationship-building skills and a people person.
• Execute strong social media management.
• Exceptional written and communication skills along with great presentation skills.
