About Job Profile

Project Management/Coordination

Management consultants help organisations to solve issues, create value, maximise growth and improve business performance. They use their business skills to provide objective advice and expertise, and help an organisation to develop any specialist skills that it may be lacking.

Primary Responsibilities include

  • Undertake ESIA/ESDD studies, with respect to various lender requirements, knowledges of E&S management systems and frameworks 
  • Ability to support the Project Management
  • Ability to develop proposals and respond to sales calls/ negotiations Manage Client requirements in coordination with project team
  • Prepare quality reports and work toward innovative inclusions
  • Engage with other teams for collaborate in project execution
  • Ability to lead small teams

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • Master’s degree in Environment or related field.
  • 8-12 years of related experience.
  • Knowledge of ESIA/ESDD
  • Nabet accreditation (prefered)
  • Knowledge of IFC, ADB other lenders standards
  • Exposure to concept of ESG
  • Must have strong attention to detail in documentation of work.
  • Excellent communication and computer skills.
  • Ability to work within a team as well as independently.
  • Prepared for Extensive travel
