- Identify and prioritize potential revenue streams.

- Develop and execute revenue-generating projects.

- Track and report revenue metrics.

Strategy Planning:
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities.

- Create a strategic road map and execution plan for acquiring new clients.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute the strategy.

Program Management:
- Lead the end-to-end management of partnerships.

- Develop agreements and contracts in line with company policies.

- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders for smooth execution.

New Initiatives:
- Ideate and develop new Intellectual Properties (IPs), programs, and campaigns in sectors like gender, education, livelihood enhancement, and skilling.

- Assess the feasibility and impact of new initiatives.

Partnership Building:
- Cultivate relationships with foundations, multilateral organizations, and CSR wings of private companies.

- Negotiate and finalize partnership terms.

• Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation skills; able to explain complex ideas clearly and succinctly.
• Skilled in creating visually compelling and effective presentations.
• Excellent interpersonal abilities; adept at building and maintaining relationships with both external partners and internal teams.
• Highly organised and detail-oriented, with the capacity to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
