About Job Profile

Project Management/Coordination

 Prepares and submits applications and reports to applicable regulatory agencies.

Responds to requests for information from regulatory bodies.

Coordinates with operations departments regarding production design and development to ensure compliance with regulations

Primary Responsibilities include

As a Compliance Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring adherence to:

 

  •  Regulatory Compliances
  •  Contractual Compliances
  •  Process Controls.
  •  Create a strategy for preventing violations of regulatory compliances, contractual compliances, process controls
  •  Evaluate the efficiency of controls
  •  Identify risks or non-conformity issues
  •  Identify compliance issues and necessary training

 

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

 

  • Knowledge and understanding of the industry’s regulations and best practice
  •  Previous working experience as compliance manager
  •  Professionalism and high ethical standard are expected for this position.
  •  You also must be result driven
  •  Good organizational and time-management skills
  •  Ability to multi-task
  •  Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  •  Critical-thinker and problem-solver
  •  Exposure to Treaty and Fac Reinsurance
