• Support other team leads in developing a culture of mutual trust, and reflections
• Create product strategy documents that describe business cases, high-level use cases, technical requirements, revenues, and ROI for farmers and allied stakeholders.
• Translate product strategy into detailed requirements for R&D pilots, prototype construction, pitch documents and final product development.
• Support executive teams in operationalising and delivering on the agreed strategy
• Analyse market data to develop sales strategies, and define product objectives for effective marketing communications plans
• Develop product positioning and messaging that differentiates our product and its features across primary market segments

• Strong experience in a dynamic product/sales management role
• Highly effective cross-functional team management
• Can think on the feet and work independently
• Exceptional writing and editing skills combined with strong presentation and public speaking skills
• A quantitative background will be preferred.
• Strong administrative and organisational skills and attention to detail
• Demonstrating proactive approaches to problem-solving with strong decision-making capability and ability to work in an interdisciplinary and multicultural environment
• Willingness to travel to rural locations in India
• Experience in fundraising, startups, and system building is a plus
