About Job Profile

Fundraising and Partnerships

Ensure evidence-based joint work planning, implementation, supervision, monitoring and evaluation across regions, between local implementing partners and regional authorities, and according to regional health needs and priorities; roll up regional work plans and reports to central project team members.

Primary Responsibilities include

Under the supervision of the Director, the Manager of Partnership and Field Implementation is responsible for enhancing the impact and contribution of Astittva in improving access to Quality Education, Promotion of Sports Better Health Sustainable Agriculture, Rural Development.
Overseeing the integrated implementation all programs and services across regions; and
Ensuring the timely and efficient implementation of projects through coordination of regional offices.
Lead the Astittva advocacy and partnerships portfolio with stakeholders critical to the mission and the projects.
Sustained performance at the District and State level
Coordination with stakeholders and levels including line Dept/ministries particularly the Dept of Education, Dept of Agriculture, Tribal Development and other important depts., development partners, Local governments, NGOs and other stakeholders.
Lead bottom-up technical implementation and capacity building across regions, ensuring that area offices and partners achieve targets according to the donor deliverables, and central and regional work plans, as agreed with local authorities.
Ensure evidence-based joint work planning, implementation, supervision, monitoring and evaluation across regions, between local implementing partners and regional authorities, and according to regional health needs and priorities; roll up regional work plans and reports to central project team members.
Facilitate effective and regular communication and coordination across regions and with central partners to deliver standardized approaches where possible, building cross-regional capacity and cost-effectiveness for increased program scale, intensity and impact.
10) Contribute to high level fundraising efforts for cost share, to improve the relevance and to maximize impact.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

Good understanding and relationship with CSR Partners/ Funders/HNI Donors, central and regional government.
Demonstrated experience in managing remote regional offices and structures across regions in Telangana , Gujarat and Bihar ,
Proficient in English and local languages(Telugu and English -Telangana , Gujarati/Hindi and English for Gujarat), both written and verbal communication.
