About Job Profile

Support and office management

The Operations Manager role is mainly to implement the right processes and practices across the organization. The specific duties of an Operations Manager include formulating strategy, improving performance, procuring material and resources and securing compliance.

Primary Responsibilities include

  • Monitoring and Coordination of the field offices and stakeholder interfaces towards effective delivery of projects, and management of project personnel, and providing appropriate guidance.
  • Regular planning for, and tracking & coordination of projects, for the achievement of related targets, ensuring necessary technical inputs for related activities.
  • Documentation of project activities and preparing regular reports on achievements and plan-to-results gap statements.
  • Providing regular feedback to the Board, and coordinating with it for project planning and achievement of project objectives.
