• Experiences in Managing of project budgets, Team Handling, Capacity Building of front-line worker in the area of Health System Strengthening. 
• Willingness to travel to provide technical assistance & ability to work on different assignments simultaneously to meet the timelines
• Computer proficiency with high level of familiarity with commonly used packages like MS Word, Excel, Power Point. 
• Demonstrated cross-cultural, teamwork skills and ability to foresee issues and initiate appropriate action;
