• Project Management: Help in the management of projects in the domain of Climate Change, including agriculture.
• Technical input: Provide technical input for the projects and guide the implementing team.
• Team Productivity: Guide the field team towards ensuring efficient project deliveries.
• Documentation and interface: Be responsible for developing content for dissemination, and for all reports and communication with stakeholders.

The person will be required to be self-motivated and should ideally possess the following:

Qualifications: PG degree with experience in NRM sector, Knowledge of GIS will be an advantage.

Experience: 10 years in the development sector and substantial part of it in the specific domain.

Language: Good communication skills and strong command over English language

Strong Quantitative and Analytical skills

Location: The position is based in Gurugram with national and international travel as required by the projects.
