Monitoring, Evaluation and Assessment

Give Grants is looking for a hands-on, detail oriented and highly motivated individual to manage the nonprofit operations of Give Grants Employee Giving products.

As an owner, the candidate will have end to end responsibility for managing the nonprofit relationships, monitoring and reporting for funds raised through retail giving.

This candidate would be required to collaborate with cross functional stakeholders to drive delivery of the product and monitor the funds raised through the campaigns/programs.

Primary Responsibilities include

 

  • Lead solutioning and delivery of projects and programs of nonprofits
  • Provide solutions for fund management of corporate donors
  • Monitor the delivery, expenses and impact of the projects of nonprofits
  • Create impact reports for corporate partners/individual donors
  • Take hard timelines on deliverables and commit to them
  • Manage midsize teams and hire resources, if required

 

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

 

  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills
  • Prior experience in e-commerce domain is a plus
  • Strong communication skills, an eye for detail and a flair for creativity
  • Proven experience of working in cross-functional projects
  • Ability to think and react in a high-energy, fast-paced environment
  • Good organizational skills including prioritizing, scheduling, time management, and meeting deadlines
