We seek a dedicated and dynamic individual to join our team as the Fundraising Manager. The Manager will be responsible for planning, implementing, and overseeing the organization's fundraising activities. This role requires a proven track record in securing funds, strong interpersonal skills, and a passion for the Foundation's mission.

Primary Responsibilities include

Fundraising Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive fundraising strategy that aligns with the organization's mission and goals.
Donor Cultivation: Identify and cultivate relationships with potential donors, including individuals, corporations, and foundations.
Grant Writing: Prepare high-quality grant proposals and applications to secure funding from various sources.
Fundraising Events: Organize and manage fundraising events, campaigns, and activities to engage donors and raise funds.
Donor Stewardship: Maintain strong relationships with existing donors, ensuring timely and accurate reporting on the use of their contributions.
Budget Management: Manage the fundraising budget, monitor expenditures, and ensure cost-effective strategies.
Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date donor databases and records.
Communication: Collaborate with the Communication and Marketing teams to develop materials that effectively convey the Foundation's mission and fundraising needs.
Compliance: Ensure all fundraising activities comply with relevant laws and regulations.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and networking abilities.
  • Leadership and team management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and meet fundraising goals.
  • Knowledge of non-profit regulations and ethical fundraising practices.
