About Job Profile

Support and office management

Maintains staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees. Ensures a safe, secure, and legal work environment. Develops personal growth opportunities. Accomplishes staff results by communicating job expectations; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results.

Primary Responsibilities include

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to implement CSR initiatives
  • Prepare and maintain CSR reports/documentation for communication and statutory requirements
  • Recommend initiatives based on benchmark studies, employee suggestions and community expectations
  • Articulate CSR communications for stakeholder and awareness and commitment building
  • Ensure compliance with legislations Corporate social responsibility plans for FAI
  • To Build and leverage partnerships with NGOs and other relevant institutions
  • Global Reporting Initiative (GRI) standards
  • Communication platforms and their practical application
  • Prepare Relevant SOPs related to CSR initiatives.
  • Knowledge on National international human rights, labour, and environmental standards
  • Community development initiatives within similar geographies/target beneficiaries
  • Conduct CSR audits and monitor success metrics (brand index, cost saving, community engagement etc)
  • Review quality of CSR reports as per GRI standards
  • Drive employees involvement on CSR agenda

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • Industry Experience of 5 to 10 years
  • Expertise in Project Management, Financial reviews, budgets, MoU contract management
  • Compliance related to CSR, Companies Act, Reporting requirements
  • Engagement with relevant NGO partners for project execution, monitoring and assessment
  • Understanding of ESG fundamentals, Impact assessment methodologies, Social impact measurement
