Corporate Social Responsibility

The CSR Manager plays a crucial role in driving community engagement, environmental stewardship, and philanthropic efforts, ultimately enhancing the company's reputation, building stakeholder trust, and creating a meaningful social impact.

Primary Responsibilities include

  • Identify potential opportunities for SGSs CSR advisory services through market intelligence
  • Develop measurable strategic sales and marketing plan based on the overall Business Development strategy to achieve yearly sales targets and present realistic revenue forecasts.
  • Achieving growth and meeting sales targets by onboarding new customers and thinking innovatively on building a strong sales pipeline, client acquisition
  • Build strong lasting relationships with customers as a trusted partner and work closely with delivery team to meet the needs of the customer
  • Prepare customized concept notes, proposals (technical and financial), presentations etc., based on business requirements.
  • Contribute towards brand visibility, strategic partnerships, represent SGS at various forums
  • Hire, train and develop sales team to achieve yearly sales target
  • Work with cross functional teams
  • Guide operational team to develop pitches for new opportunities and proposals
