About Job Profile

Project Management/Coordination

Looking for a dynamic individual to join as a full-time Manager based in Mumbai India. The Manager will be responsible for designing and executing blended finance transactions and projects. The ideal candidate will have a high sense of ownership, be a self-starter, and an excellent team player.

The individual will have a proven track record of having structured deals and managed projects in sectors relevant to the Sustainable Development Goals and demonstrate the ability to work collaboratively with people at all levels within the organization as well as with external stakeholders. 
 

Primary Responsibilities include

 

  • Ensuring the success of organisation's customers through benchmark project design and execution 
  • Developing, growing, and retaining a team of high-performance and ambitious team members 
  • Maintaining a culture of continuous improvement and learning so that organisation is constantly sharpening its ability to deliver effective and efficient solutions 
  • Investing in self-development and being aware of the relevant developments in the sector; preparing to take on leadership roles at the organisation 
  • Working closely with other team members on organization and brand building activities 

 

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

 

  • Sound understanding of project management, and background in a relevant industry such as consulting, investment banking and transaction advisory. 
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and an ability to work in a fast paced environment 
  • Excellent people skills and willingness to work on the ground with a diverse set of stakeholders including investors, donors, social enterprises and NGOs.
