• Identify Learning breakdowns & drive initiatives to improve learning outcomes.
• Carry out all academy operations like student well-being initiatives, discipline, leave management, parent-academy interactions, student intake/exit process, attendance of staff, publishing results, announcements, training for students/staff etc.
• Publishing report-cards each month, publishing & maintaining curriculum, assessments, in-class activity across all the tracks of Academy every month in the Academy Portal.
• Running Academy transparently & open-sourcing all the good practices for others to imbibe/re-use the academys best practices, curriculum & tools.

• Preferably someone who has worked with government school students of Tamilnadu.
• Preferably someone who is savvy in using ed-tech platforms to create reports, represent/publish curriculums, track student/staff performance using digital tools.
• The role (Academy Coordinator) will report to Director CSR
• The role (Academy Coordinator) will be managing the careers & appraisals of 6 Teaching staff & 3 Admin staffs (Independent consultants) of the Academy.
• This role will set the rigor & pedagogy of our Academy.
• This person to be a strong culture fit for Freshworks, operate with high integrity & student empathy, eventually to be groomed as a Director of Social Impact.
