• Build a strong culture of ownership towards impactful programme delivery among volunteers and employees
• Mentor and manage the team of coordinators who build efficiency and effectiveness of day-to-day operations and delivery of the programme
• Design and monitor the effectiveness of the projects, rigorously evaluate for improved effectiveness of the programme
• Build structures, systems to enable the programme to scale, achieve the vision of the programme in the best possible manner with a focus on continuous learning, improvement, and rapid growth.
• Lead, coach, groom employees and volunteer coordinators into a high-performance team
• Manage partnerships with NGOs, learning centres, funders, government & community

• Graduate/ Post-graduate degree in any MSW with an understanding of the social/development sector in India.
• Domain expertise of education / skill development/ CSR in India would be an added advantage.
• Prior experience of partnerships portfolio will be preferred.
• Strong problem-solving skills, agility, and speed.
• Effective writing, communication and presentation skills.
• Demonstrated ability to build & manage relationships with multiple stakeholders.
• Minimum 2-3 years preferably 4 years of relevant work experience in philanthropic partnerships.

Roles and responsibilities:

• Program Strategy and Management: Define program goals and implementation strategy, prepare and execute project plan, define and evolve ownership areas of team members and stakeholders, regularly review progress and strategy
• Operations:  Manage and oversee the operations pertaining to the state. Responsible for end to end operations and delivery.  Responsible for monitoring government regulations and guiding public policy. 
• Data Management: Create structures and build capacity within the team to collect and analyse- implementation data and take data driven decisions for program improvement.
• Stakeholder Management: Work with multiple stakeholders and build strong working relationships across government officials, partner organisations, resource persons, school principals and teachers. Serve as the Site Lead for the program.
• Brand Ambassador: Promote Udhyam's mission, values and organisational policies to all stakeholders.
