About Job Profile

IT/MIS and Technology

An IT manager oversees all computer-related tasks, problems, and solutions within a business. Depending on the sector they work in and the organization they work for, they may also be referred to as IT directors or computer and information systems managers.

Primary Responsibilities include

Administration of Windows server with active directory, windows files.
Installing or upgrading Windows & Linux systems and servers.
Administration, Installation, and Troubleshooting of Firewall UTM
Install, configure, maintain Local Area Networks (LAN) and Wide Area networks (WAN) and troubleshooting of LAN/WAN/WLAN Access Points
Installing & Configuring latest Windows and other operating systems
Installing Client software like Microsoft Office and other application software.
Desktop and laptop support up to including client level Hardware, software, and Network Problems
Install, Configure, and maintain regular updates of Antivirus, Operating systems, and other application updates
Microsoft Outlook configuration
Manging cloud base video conferencing applications like WebEx, Zoom, Team, Google meet
Install, configure, and troubleshoot of Network and standalone printer ? Providing technical support for staff and back-end system users.
Liaising with vendors
CMS Administration
Any other duty assigned by the Executive Director or the Unit Lead

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

Strong knowledge of technical management and information analysis
Excellent knowledge of hardware and software systems.
Data centre management and data governance skills.
In depth experience with computer network, network administration and installation.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication skill and managerial skills.
