1. Work and assist CSR team implement, execute all the IndiGoReach CSR Programs. The candidate needs to utilise the existing CSR knowledge to bring in new programs, strategy, direction on CSR, ESG, Employee Volunteering

2. Analyse all information related to CSR program and provide relevant information to the team as and when required in a time bound manner. Advise any new strategies to make the process efficient.

3. Assist in the follow up and closure of agreements, proposals and other related documents with the Finance, CS and Legal team. Provide inputs on making the system more robust.

4. Effective management of all data related to the CSR funds and expenses, tranche disbursals, financial utilisation certificates and program reports.

5. Obtain regular MIS from the partners

6. Manage all MIS and other related data received from partners

7. Organise and support in conducting employee engagement activities to ensure maximum volunteer participation

8. Seek SAP Dump from the finance team and work out the financial quarterly and yearly report

9. Work as a SPOC for all data on CSR- required by various departments for stakeholder management

10. Coordinate with implementing partners for ongoing CSR programs
