• Help shape and execute operations excellence for clients in the space of Capital Projects.
• Manage end-to-end direct materials value chain from designing, planning, engineering and sourcing to making, moving and servicing finished goods.
• Execute capex material cost optimization across direct materials like steel, cement, packages etc.
• Proficient in zero based budgeting & planning of funds, cost reduction, control & monitoring for procurement & sourcing of direct materials.
• Should be able to work across multi-skilled, and cross-functional teams across Strategy, Technology, Digital & Analytics, and Operations.
• Success in building and maintaining relationships with key corporate decision makers, establishing large volume & high profit accounts with accountability for cost management and process improvements.
• Exposure in electrical/ civil and mechanical subcontracts/ services is preferable.
• Should have experience in 2 or more industries from Oil & Gas, Power, Renewables, Metals & Mining, Roads, Metros, Railways, Buildings, Ports and Real Estate and working with EPC companies as part of consulting role.

• Establish a robust product strategy using inputs from internal stakeholders such as business leads, delivery leads and leadership teams, as well as keeping in mind market trends.
• Requires ability to solve problems with cost-effective, efficient solutions.
• Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills with ability to exercise mature judgment.
• The candidate should have excellent customer facing capabilities, client relationships & an established track record for selling & delivering consulting engagements.
