About Job Profile

Admin and HR

A Human Resources (HR) Officer is responsible for managing every aspect of the employment process, including orientation and training new staff members. They also assist with payroll management, so employees receive their paychecks on time.

Primary Responsibilities include

 

  • Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process of professionals, interns, and volunteers from campuses and corporates.
  • Sourcing, screening, evaluating, and helping select candidates as per recruitment policy.
  • Handle user/operational manuals, policy documentation, and correspondence templates.
  • Work on popularizing science and nature workshops and seminars, adult literacy programs, environment-friendly recreation facilities, online resources, and higher-learning institutions to extend the number of candidates.
  • Work on CSR (corporate social responsibility) mobilization.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

 

  • Skilled in head-hunting and talent identification using various social networking sites.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, negotiation, PR, and analytical skills.
  • Functional knowledge of MS Office and GK.
