HR Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with HR Lead for recruitment, onboarding, and training.
• Cultivate strong people relations, addressing employee queries and fostering a positive work environment by facilitating employee engagement activities
• Facilitate biannual appraisals, mid-point discussions, and training sessions.
• Skillfully manage employee development plans and meticulously track progress.
• Play a pivotal role in annual appraisals and training needs assessments, ensuring employee growth and satisfaction.

Data Management:

• Coordinate events, manage calendars, and plan meetings.
• Maintain employee database, attendance, leave records, and reimbursements.

Administrative Tasks:

• Coordinate events, manage calendars, and plan meetings.

• Possesses strong problem-solving skills.
• Demonstrate effective oral and written communication abilities (English).
• Be proficient in MS Office & Excel, with a working knowledge of PowerPoint.
• Upholds strict confidentiality.
• Exhibit collaboration skills.
• Be a professional with excellent interpersonal abilities.
• Have 2-3 years of experience, preferably in an HR Executive role.
