Design and delivery of services to families/caregivers and wards:

1. Ensure an effective development plan for each set of wards incorporating their respective caregivers’ contribution, to the process of providing holistic development and care
2. Develop appropriate strategies to synergies services provided by different departments e.g., Special Education & training, Therapy, Social work and ensure that beneficiaries continuously receive quality care
3. Ensure quality delivery of services to families/caregivers and wards (beneficiaries) and their satisfaction of services provided by FAME India
4. Review the performance of each group of ward and caregiver with the Head of departments at regular intervals

Manage and support all departments servicing beneficiaries:

1. Supervise and empower all Direct Reports i.e., Departmental Heads of Special Education & Training, Therapy and Social Work and Consultants offering other specialized services to beneficiaries
2. Co- create strategy and goals for each department with all department heads
3. Develop entry and exit criteria for wards and caregivers in coordination with relevant stakeholders
4. Oversee admissions and ensure adherence to the entry exit criteria and other relevant policy guidelines
5. Establish and review team goals for each department and monitor their progress
6. Develop a results-oriented, caregiving, purpose driven culture across all departments
7. Support effective execution of each department and smooth functioning of interdisciplinary teams
8. Drive strong governance mechanisms within each department

Ensure Continuous evaluation and growth of each department

1. Identify new areas of care or initiatives to enhance beneficiary learning outcomes
2. Co-create a strategy and ensure implementation of technical training for relevant upskilling of all staff members
3. Co-create an M&E framework encompassing processes, knowledge management, and outcomes
4. Evaluate external technical partnership and expand partnership base
5. Identify new pathways to enhance services to beneficiaries and find creative solutions with the leadership team to fulfil them
6. Co- create a volunteer programme and oversee its effective deployment
    

1. Industry Knowledge/ Experience in the NDD (Neuro Developmental Disabilities) space (Non- negotiable)
2. Experience in working with caregivers
3. Excellent leadership and management skills
4. Outstanding communication skills; fluency in Kannada might be an advantage
5. Demonstrated strength in strategic thinking.
