About Job Profile

Fundraising and Partnerships

Coordinating events such as charity dinners, golf tournaments, auctions, etc. to raise money for the organization. Managing relationships with donors, volunteers, and other stakeholders to encourage continued support. Developing new methods to attract new donors and increase contributions from existing donors.

Primary Responsibilities include

  • Significant proven track record of securing and managing corporate partnerships.
  • Extensive experience of account managing a portfolio of companies.
  • Demonstrable up to date understanding of the Corporates and CSR laws.
  • The person will work along with the mission and vision of the organization.
  • Support the Team for Programme Development and executing the various programs & projects for PAN India that align with the organization's mission, vision & goals.
  • Provide support for preparation and development of programme reports and budgetary progress reports in compliance with donor.
  • Engage in managing external engagement with technical/non-technical partners including documentation of minutes of meeting.
  • Provide support and assistance to the team in training, facility assessments, supervision, monitoring and documenting various activities against pre-defined timelines, and facilitate reporting and dissemination of key leanings/material.
  • Provide support in developing close working relationships with multiple stakeholders.
  • Support the team in networking and Liaisoning with other non-governmental authorities and national support offices as required by the project.
  • Should have the ability to work with a team that coordinates multiple programs on PAN bases.
  • Should be willing to travel as per the requirements of the projects.
  • Should have knowledge of Resource mobilization and Fundraising

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • Have work experience in the areas of Corporate Fundraising/ Corporate Social Responsibility.
  • Ability to meet and exceed income targets.
  • Excellent presentation skills and Communication skills, able to negotiate.
  • Ability to build support from staff across teams, and to build the capacity of others.
