About Job Profile

Fundraising and Partnerships

The fundraising manager will be responsible for building good relationships with prospective donors and clients across multiple sectors, communicating with the broader public and internal teams, delegating tasks, and drawing up plans to ensure annual targets are met.

Primary Responsibilities include

 

  • Commitment to the core values of Shiksha Seva Foundation India. 
  • Creating awareness about Shiksha Seva Foundation.
  • Raising funds for the Nobel cause • Pitching donors to raise funds. 
  • Taking regular updates from donors & maintaining donors lists. 
  • Lead generation.
  • Create or update donor databases. 
  • Explain the tax advantages of contributions to potential donors. 
  • Monitor progress of fundraising drives. 
  • Perform other related duties as assigned. 
  • Secure commitments of participation or donation from individuals.
  • Identify and build relationships with potential donors. 

 

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

 

  • Good verbal and written communication skills. 
  • Excellent analytical abilities that can be applied in aligning the organizations objectives with available funding opportunities.
