• To build and increase Parinaam’s brand through digital media (owned media).

a)Improve metrics across all social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter).
b)Increase the website traffic.

• To meet the planned communication requirements.

a.To chart out a calendar of events of different programs and ensure the branding requirements are met.
b.To ensure brand alignment in the collaterals.

• To improve the quality of content, photographs and videos used in the communication across different channels.
• Integrate activities across channels to ensure a consistent Omni-channel message.
• Plan and execute all web, SEO/SEM, database marketing, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns. Maintain a publishing schedule.
• Implement social media initiatives for brand awareness and fundraising activities.
• Measure and report performance of online campaigns and assesses against goals.
• Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights.
• Brainstorms new and creative growth strategies through digital marketing.
• To garner visibility through Awards and Recognitions.
• Be the lead on website maintenance, improvement and all other content.
• Ensure compliance on all company guidelines, deadlines and design standards.

• Highly proficient in English.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Analytically sound to understand communications and marketing KPIs and convert them into insights.
• Proficient in the Google Suite (Sheets, Docs, Slideshow)
• Proficient with photo-editing, video-editing and content development platforms such as Canva etc.
• Effective time management skills with an ability to multitask and prioritize.
• An avid learner who is able to keep up in a fast paced environment.
• Have a “can do” attitude and self-motivation to grow in the business.

Any other additional responsibility could be assigned to the role holder from time to time as a standalone project or regular work. The same would be suitably represented in the primary responsibilities and agreed between the incumbent, Reporting Manager and HR.
