1. Managing accounting record keeping systems, and procedures for tracking and reporting, including recommending remedial measures

2. Preparing multiple complex and varied financial reports (including ad hoc reports) that

require selection, preparation, and interpretation of data using complex data query tools

3. Understanding and upkeep of various financial compliances and accounts processes, by liaisoning with the internal team and external finance stakeholders, including accountants, auditors, CA, etc.

1. Candidates with educational or professional experience in finance or commerce, sound financial and accounting concepts understanding and expertise in Tally, PowerPoint and Excel (or willingness to learn rapidly), strong English communication skills

2. Minimum graduate with 2-4 years of work experience for Manager role.

3. A CA qualification will be preferred

4. Willingness to travel to different locations across India, as required

5. Ability to handle multiple projects and tasks in an entrepreneurial environment

6. Ability to take leadership in ambiguous situations, even when unsupervised
