As a Finance Intern, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various aspects of finance and accounting. You will work closely with the team, assisting in tasks related to general accounting operations.
 

Primary Responsibilities include

• Journal Entries and Voucher Entries: Accurately record journal entries and voucher entries into the accounting system, ensuring meticulous documentation and adherence to accounting standards.
• Monthly Book Closing Support: Provide valuable support during the monthly financial book closing process, which includes reconciliations, adjustments, and ensuring the precision of financial records.
• Monthly Statutory TDS and PT Working: Collaborate in the calculation and preparation of monthly statutory Tax Deducted at Source (TDS) and Professional Tax (PT) working papers.
• Vendor Payment Report: Generate and maintain reports for vendor payments, guaranteeing punctual and precise disbursements to suppliers.
• Intern Payment Report: Create reports for intern payments, facilitating the seamless processing of stipends or wages for interns.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

• Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• A solid understanding of accounting principles is essential
