The Corporate Finance Executive is responsible for all financial transactions undertaken by a client business including Mergers & Acquisitions, managing and investing large funds and buying & selling financial projects.

Primary Responsibilities include

1. Track, categorise and manage all the donations.

2. Track, categorise and manage all the expenses.

3. Collect and Track Bills and vouchers.

4. Help in Vendor/other payments.

5. Help in compliance tasks

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

1. Good written and verbal communication skills in English

2. Basic Computer Knowledge and MS Office Skills

3. Knowledge in Excel & Accounting
